A good shampoo and conditioner that actually give good results

I have bad hair condition and in the past I dyed my hair alot which made it worse. It was so badly damaged that I went through a lot of different shampoos, but they would overdry my hair leaving it looking dry, dull and brittle. The feeling was like wearing rubber gloves while trying to run my fingers through my hair.. YaHrrckk!! hated that feel..
